Howdy Folks,
The girls are awesome, it’s Jackson’s birthday – all week long – and we’re super busy. Here’s a few images from the last few days: click here. I’ll try and pick up the camera more often over the weekend!

We’re home from the hospital. Emily’s family has been a huge help, and folks dropping off chow has been a massive life saver: thanks everybody! Man, are we glad to be outta the hospital! I’ve never been one for institutional schedules…
The girls are doing great: Isabella is our little tow-headed wonder. Blonde and blue-eyed (thus far), she’s the spitting image of my brother John as a baby – she’s beautiful and strong, and strong willed! Bella is my little biscuit. Olivia is dark and petite and has almond shaped blue eyes, she’s more of a charmer and thus far a bit more easy going than her sister, and I think she looks a lot like Emily. She’s my little nugget. Biscuit and Nugget! They’re a handful.
Here’s some of the most recent shots of the happenings around Chez Z.
Cheers,

Hi Folks,
Well, the cuteness isn’t wearing off. If anything, they’re getting cuter!
We’ve had lots of folks come by to sneak a peek at the girls. I have tried to snap photos at every turn, but it just isn’t possible to change diapers, swaddle babies, and frame a decent snapshot all at the same time! But I’m trying… here’s a few shots from the last couple of days, and stay tuned: we’re not getting any less prideful about them – there’s sure to be lots of great shots of their homecoming (on Sunday the 19th).

Thanks for stopping by!

Hello All!
A glorious day today. Today, 8/15/2007, Emily and I joyfully – and quite courageously on Emily’s part I hasten to add – welcomed to the world our two daughters. Isabella Simone Zabierek, 19″ and 6.6 lbs, was born via c-section at Marin General Hospital at 9:39 a.m., and her sister Olivia Marilyn Zabierek, 19 3/4″ and 6.1 lbs. followed at 9:40 a.m. Emily is doing great, the babies are SUPER healthy, and Dad and Jackson are simply tickled pink. I can tell you unabashedly: after a day like today, being in that moment with Em, watching the girls take their first peeks at the world around… I am one Humble Bumble.
Please: take a moment and think about your Mom. She’s pretty great, huh?
I will follow up with war stories, more photos, and Tales of Great Ulysses ASAP, but right now I’ve got newborns and nurses and all kindsa crazy on my hands.
Click here for the much awaited photos, and enjoy!
With MUCH Love,
PAZ
